Showcase Property Services offers a free friendly no obligation consultation to identify the scope of work and develop a plan tailored to your budget whilst ensuring transparency at all times.

How does it work

As no two jobs are the same, we understand the need for flexible rates, and as such offer the following options.

Option 1 – Pay as you go billed at the end of service

We offer an hourly rate for a single service personal assistant and concierge to tackle tasks such as:

  • Getting quotes for home improvement projects saving you time and money. Our connections, preferred contractors and suppliers offer a discounted rate exclusive to us
  • On location errand running
  • Arrange, order, and await deliveries
  • Home maintenance and organisation projects
  • Makeovers and styling services
  • All aspects of holiday hosting and house minding
  • Open home finishing touches
Option 2 – Purchase a block of time

Designed for the larger projects, pre purchase an amount of time for services such as:

  • Getting your home sale ready
  • Packing up and preparing to move
  • Arranging and organising relocations

A few things for you to know me better..

My name is Maria Alder, I am a long standing resident and property owner on Sydneys North Shore and the founder of Showcase Property Services.

My passion for managing projects, planning and problem solving has spanned over time from managing a local building & property maintenance business, co -ordinating home modifications for third party personal injury clients and managing Showcase Property Services.

Having worked on a corporate and personal level had me constantly on my toes assisting people with solving the unsolvable, negotiating positive outcomes and having to be creative with attention to detail and of course being highly organised.

My passion for people, property and presentation has since seen me provide 5 star holiday hosting services to individuals and corporate guests and their families in premiere locations. My work has included de- cluttering, redesigning and pre-sale property presentation to name a few.

Working in this hands on environment has also allowed me to embrace my love for helping people out a smile on their face and of course mine !

As an accredited Property manager (REINSW) Chamber of Commerce member and certified Interior Designer I can help you achieve the best possible outcome for your property needs.
