Welcome to Showcase Property Services! My name is Maria Alder, and as a long-term resident of Sydney’s North, I understand the unique challenges busy homeowners face. That's why I established this business - to provide trustworthy, hands-on support in our community. From furniture delivery, personal and concierge services to holiday property management and support we're here to assist you with all your property management needs.

With extensive experience managing a building and property maintenance business to home modifications, and short-term rentals, I bring a broad expertise to property management. My hands-on approach ensures projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Unlike larger agencies, I provide a personalised, boutique experience—handling every detail myself or with trusted local professionals to guarantee consistency and quality for every client.

An hourly rate for a single service personal assistant and concierge to tackle tasks such as:
  • Getting quotes for home improvement projects saving you time and money. Our connections, preferred contractors and suppliers offer a discounted rate exclusive to us

  • On location errand running

  • Arrange, order, and await deliveries

  • Home organisation projects

  • All aspects of holiday hosting and house minding

  • Open home finishing touches

Option 2 –

Purchase a block of time

 

An hourly rate for a single service personal assistant and concierge to tackle tasks such as below or

Pre purchase an amount of time for me or to source, co- ordinate and oversee trades and services - (Trades billed separately)
